No the double assassinations from AC2-Black Flag were unbelievable, not the fact that you can have two hidden blades. Besides the point of carrying two blades
Ifyou're on PC, just add it using cheat engine. Otherwise, you have to spend lots of drachma on Heka Chests and pray that it randomly drops for you. I wont cheat lol. Honestly, it's not even cheating to use cheat engine to add items in this game. Ubisoft has already done the cheating by making it super annoying to get legendary items in the game.
Inorder to get the Blades of Thoth, you’ll have to complete the Shards from a Star quest. To start “Shards from a Star”, you have to complete the Hidden Ones
