Hopefully dual sense controllers will be supported later. Other steam games already do and its probably the best controller available at the moment.
1 Most new PC games only have built in support for the XBox 360 controller. You can use your Logitech controller by having it emulate an XBox controller. Please refer this post.
Answers Should be whatever keys/sticks you use to control Ezio's movement. However, there's a bug that causes the movement controls to not work with the bomber unless you have the game capped at 60fps and Vsync set to 'on' for that part of the mission. Weird, I know. Another time those files did not work at all and I had to map certain actions to the controller in an app I forgot the Kqil.
