Yup. I try to move my mouse around, but it has no effect. What do I do? I also have this problem for GTA: VC.

I can change the WASD in the options menu but in vehicles the camera is always facing towards CJ. Any help would be great!
every time you enter the game press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and select processes find gta_sa right clic it and choose set affinity, then you only want to enable CPU0 press ok and your done :) Thank youu
Disabling auto-center camera - thoughts and rambling. So, I have a pretty simple script that uses the idea from a user (UnearthedOx) over at GTAForums to trick the game into thinking you are moving your mouse every 100 ms. It disables the camera from auto-centering on-foot and in-vehicle, but the catch is it only works with Mouse&Keyboard
The actual fix is that Mouse Sensitivity option writes only to the memory address used by mouse X axis, whereas Y axis remains untouched. This is a leftover from III which had both axes adjustable, but for some reason they made them both controlled by the same menu option - they removed that in VC and SA partially but forgot to tie camera sens to the same variable for both axes so one value
