The P0420 code can cause a stumble and also indicates a bad connector or harness. I'd check those as well before replacing the sensor. Two other items to check: 1. Replace your EGR valve. When they coke up you'll end up with a lot of stumbling, stalling, and poor idle problems. 2. Clean your throttle body.
