Before jumping to that conclusion you have to understand the difference between simple 'traction control' as implemented in VT/VX/VY/VZ Commodores, and 'ESP/Stability Control' implemented in some VZ and all VE models. All 'traction control' systems work in exactly the same way - they stop excess engine power from spinning the driven wheels.

the label for the Catback with hotdogs Im getting says “ VT, VX and VY series 1 V6 sedans, so I’m not sure if that means any VT, VX and only series 1 VY’s because I’m sure series 2 VY’s did have a different exhaust system. It means any VT, any VX and VY series 1. VY Series 2 have a different exhaust due to emissions requirements.
