Theres a useful tutorial pdf that is in the patreon posts for sol, same goes for pure. Biggest thing for fps for me personally was making sure the reflections fx was reprojecting and 2 faces per frame, better fps for minimal quality dip. I was able to make it look smoother by playing with the extra sharpening in the graphics adjustments setting.
